Dekpol Deweloper chooses Sobieszewska Island

Dekpol Deweloper launched two new investment projects providing 76 apartments in total. Lazur Park as well as Villa Neptun will be performed on Sobieszewska Island in Gdańsk. Both projects are linked by intimate and modern building shapes as well as a unique location close to the Baltic beach and the Martwa Wisła waterfront, which causes, that both properties remain extremely attractive. The Lazur Park project has been designed for residential purposes, while Villa Neptun offers apartments for rental, nevertheless it may also be bought for its own use.

Sobieszewska Island is one of the most interesting districts of the Tri-City, both in terms of landscape values as well as in terms of available infrastructure. The area is famous for some of the most beautiful beaches on the Polish coast and at the same time is a wildlife refuge – there are two reserves on its territory: Ptasi Raj and Mewia Łacha. All this causes a growing “trend” for Sobieszewo.

The safe and permanent connection of the Island with the land ensures Sobieszewski Bridge, which finally was built at the end of 2018. The vibrant center of Gdańsk is accessible in only 20-minute drive by car. It therefore comes as no surprise that Dekpol Deweloper right over there decided to perform its another two projects.

At Kwiatowa Street, only 1 km from the seaside beach, will be performed the project called Lazur Park, which will provide with 36 apartments with an area ranging from 27 m2 up to 58 m2. In turn, at Nadwiślańska Street near the Water Tram Marina on the banks of Martwa Wisła river will be constructed Villa Neptun, which will offer 40 apartments for rental with an area ranging from 28 m2 up to 58 m2. Both investment projects, in addition to intimate buildings and the location in Gdańsk Sobieszewo, will be linked by modern architecture, which is dominated by large glazing, and where each of apartment possesses additional space in form of a garden or balcony. At Villa Neptun project, special attention will be focused on terraces with an area of almost 100 m2 belonging to apartments with a mezzanine located on the top floors of the buildings. At  Lazur Park project, special attention is drawn to unique recreational area with billiard and cinema room remaining at disposal of building residents and their guests.

Design projects of both investments take into account freely accessible recreation areas with carefully designed greenery, benches and other elements of small architecture, as well as above-ground parking lots, including those adapted to special needs of disabled persons.

The function of the general contractor for both investment projects will be performed by Dekpol S.A., while for design project remains responsible architectural studio Architonika – Projektowanie Architektoniczne Twardowski Marek. Putting into service of both investments – Lazur Park and Villa Neptun is scheduled for H2 of 2021.

The prices of apartments in Lazur Park range from gross PLN 317 thousands up to gross PLN 536 thousands. Due to residential nature of the investment, 8% VAT is applied. On the other hand, in the Villa Neptun investment, the prices of apartments for rent range from gross PLN 387,5 thousands up to gross PLN 686,5 thousands. In this investment, apartments are subject to a 23% VAT rate.
