Michał Skowron is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in human resource management in modern organizations at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as enterprise management at VLERICK Business School in Belgium. Throughout his professional career, he has held managerial positions, including in Polish subsidiaries of the Belgian group N.V. Etex, initially as a proxy and later as a member of Management Board.
Michał Skowron has been associated with the Dekpol Group since November 2017, initially serving as Director of the General Contracting Department. From 2018 to 2020, he held the position of Vice-President of Management Board of Dekpol S.A., where he was responsible for the general contracting segment. As a part of the strategy to separate individual business lines from Dekpol S.A., he was appointed President of Dekpol Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. as of January 1, 2021.
