Three investments of Dekpol S.A. – “Nowa Motława” complex and Hotel Number One, as well as housing estates Młoda Morena and Na Fali have been shortlisted for the organised by internet-portal Trojmiasto.pl plebiscite: The most interesting residential investment of the year 2017 in the Tricity.
Out of the catalogue of 130 investments, which have been executed in previous year, web portal selected best 50 investments – among which found place three investments of Dekpol S.A. To them belong: cosy and green housing estate Młoda Morena in Gdańsk, located in a quiet part of district of Pogórze in Gdynia the housing estate Na Fali, as well as modern complex Nowa Motława and the Hotel Number One.
The purpose of the contest focuses not only on increasing of recognition of Tricity inhabitants regarding the spreading infrastructure and its role in building of the city image, but also supporting the highest-quality projects.
