Sale of Sol Marina apartments commenced
Dekpol Deweloper commenced a sale of 92 apartments within the first stage of the prestigious apartment complex located in the seaside part of Gdańsk. The prices of luxury apartments start from about 573,000 net PLN. The completion of the entire first stage is planned in 2021.
Dekpol Deweloper commenced the official sale of 92 luxury apartments as part of the latest Sol Marina project. The investment is distinguished by a private marina with a large number of wide mooring places and a master’s office for its comprehensive service. Apartments in a prestigious location are available from about PLN 573 thousand net.

As part of the first stage, thirteen residential buildings that meet the highest standards will be implemented. The offer includes -2, -3 and -4 room apartments with an area from 39 to 89 m2. Apartments will be equipped, among others in panoramic windows. Premises on the ground floor will be equipped with spacious terraces and gardens, while balconies will be located on the upper floors. The owners will also have the opportunity to purchase a space for their private yacht in the marina. Wide, more than 5-meter boat moorings will allow you to maneuver freely. Thirteen small buildings are commissioned for use in 2021.
The first stage will also include the construction of a 10-storey building, in which, apart from the apartments, a comfortable recreation zone with a swimming pool will be located. Also planned was the master’s office, restaurant, conference and business center and a playroom for the youngest residents of the housing estate. The deadline for handing over these facilities is planned for 2021. As part of the entire investment carried out in three stages, a total of several hundred apartments will be built. The architectural design was developed in cooperation with architectural offices LSA and K & M Design and BO Projekty.
A great asset of the investment is its unique location in the seaside part of Gdańsk, just on the bank of the Martwa Wisła estuary to the Baltic Sea. It is located at the same time just 500 meters from the Sobieszewska Island. This is a unique area on which there are as many as two reserves – Ptasi Raj and Mewia Łacha. Importantly, the entire complex will be perfectly connected with the most important tourist destinations. The investment is only 14 kilometers from the city center of Gdańsk.
