Dekpol Deweloper completes execution of the Osiedle Pastelowe (estate) in Gdańsk Łostowice. Investment will be handed-over for use in April this year. Up to now the Company sold approximately 95% of apartments. In sales offer remain the last 9 flats.
Osiedle Pastelowe is located in Gdańsk Łostowice at Pastelowa Street. Finished apartments will be put into use in April this year. As a part of the investment, under construction remain 180 comfortable apartments with areas ranging from 36 to 106 m². The estate consists of three 4-storey buildings with mezzanines.
