Hotel Aubrecht – the next hotel facility in portfolio of Dekpol S.A.
Dekpol S.A. has enlarged its portfolio with another hotel facility. Company was responsible for reconstruction of four-star hotel Aubrecht in Kashubian village Przechlewo by lake Szczytno. This is the next successfully completed hotel facility in company`s portfolio. Dekpol is experienced in such projects as both a general contractor and developer.
Hotel Aubrecht Country Spa Resort is a picturesque hotel complex, located in Kashubian region, whose reconstruction was necessary after the fire in 2013. General contracting works carried out by Dekpol included a detailed reconstruction of the object with a total square of approx. 6 000 m2 and air space of 40 000 m3 with all elements of equipment. Complex consisted of four buildings, has been built, inter alia, on non-bearing grounds with use of piling technology and partial replacement and reinforcement of soil.
Aubrecht Hotel offers rooms and apartments in various standards, finished in a rustic style, with terraces and balconies, offering stunning views of the surrounding nature. There is a cozy lobby and dining facilities, where you can enjoy natural and fresh meals. Hotel offers well-equipped space with spa and wellness zone with indoor swimming pools, Jacuzzis and saunas. At guest’s disposal are also bowling alley, restaurant and bar.
Surrounded with forests, Hotel Aubrecht is located directly by Szczytno Lake, near the oldest national park in Poland – Bory Tucholskie (Tuchola Forest). Dekpol S.A. completed reconstruction of the complex in September 2015.
This is not the first such attractively located facility in hotel portfolio of Dekpol. This year the company will bring into use e.g. Hotel Almond in the center of Gdańsk, which is built at Toruńska street at the place of former marzipan and cocoa factory by Motława River. Four-star Almond Hotel with well-equipped SPA & wellness zone and conference-banquet center, is an ideal place for both recreational stays as well as for organization of various business meetings.
Another equally interesting project carried out by Dekpol is Hotel nad Wisłą in Knybawa near Tczew at the main road No. 22, leading from east to west of Europe, linking Kaliningrad with Berlin. Facility is distinguished by multifunctional conference rooms and complex offering comprehensive organization of events. Hotel nad Wisłą, located in picturesque surroundings of lakes and forests, is an excellent base for exploration of Tri-City and such places like Malbork, Tczew and Starogard Gdanski.
The latest company’s investment is currently built complex “Nowa Motława” on Wyspa Spichrzów (Granary Island) in Gdańsk, as part of which will be built AparthotelNumber One offering hotel apartments sold in the system of condo hotels. Dekpol is both a developer and general contractor of investment.
