Dekpol will build La Playa Palace and La Playa Apartments in Sopot
Dekpol company, offering general contracting services, has signed an agreement with Arkony Sopot on execution of apartment-hotel project in Sopot. Agreement includes reconstruction and expansion of pre-war villa La Playa Palace and building from the scratch of a guesthouse La Playa Apartments along with land development and building of traffic and pedestrian communication system. Project is located between the streets Wosia Budzysza and Powstańców Warszawy in the immediate vicinity of the North Park and the beach.

Signed agreement constitutes also another confirmation of increasingly stronger position of general contracting services in shareholder structure of the company – said Mariusz Tuchlin, CEO of Dekpol S.A.
In the southern part, from the street of Wosia Budzysza 4, it is provided to reconstruct an existing residential building and to extend it in the direction to the east by new wing together with a connector. Execution of project involves renovation and reconstruction of elements of historic building of palace-park nature. It is provided inter alia to restore the original main entrance of the palace, to preserve and reconstruct of painted and stucco decoration of vestibule, to restore the original appearance of the roof covered with natural slate tiles. Total area of La Playa Palace, along with a garage after reconstruction will reach up to 2,000 m2. Extended villa will contain three apartments of a total area of over 1,300 m2.
Contract signed by Dekpol S.A. includes also all works associated with land development, determining the uniqueness of this place, including construction of street architecture, conservation and reconstruction of historical fence, as well as the arrangement of greenery in reference to palace character of the building.
In the northern part, from the street of Powstańców Warszawy 69 A and B will be build a guesthouse. Object, in the intention of architects, will combine features of a luxury apartment building with an exclusive, hotel boutique, harmoniously fitting in the seaside climate of Sopot resort.
Dekpol will construct a building, which will consist of four floors above the ground and one underground level with parking lots for cars. Guesthouse will contain 27 suites for guests of a total area of over 1000 m2 and a romantic garden of an area of over 820 m2, which will also be constructed by Dekpol.
