Dekpol will build a modern marina on the Gdańsk Coast

Dekpol, one of the leading property developers in Northern Poland, presented the project of an exclusive marina in the seaside part of Gdańsk. As part of the latest investment plan, a luxury complex of apartment buildings with mooring places for yachts and motor boats will be built. The investment is to be completed in three stages.

The latest investment of Dekpol S.A. consists of nearly 23,000 sq m of residential and commercial premises, which will be built on an 11-hectare ground. As part of the luxurious Sol Marina complex, several hundred apartments with areas ranging from 33 to 132 sq m have been designed. The investment is planned in three stages. In the first stage, a part of apartment buildings with parking spaces and mooring for the boat will be built. There is also planned a two-story master’s office with a restaurant, a playroom for children, a banquet and conference room, as well as a 10-storey apartment building, which will include a lobby, swimming pool, dry and wet sauna and a gym.

In the second and third stage of construction, the remaining part of intimate apartment buildings will be built. The architectural design was developed in cooperation with the LSA, K&M Design and BO Projekty offices.

A great asset of the investment is its unique location in the seaside part of Gdańsk, just on the bank of the Martwa Wisła estuary to the Baltic Sea near Sobieszewska Island. Near Sol Marina there are as many as two reserves – Ptasi Raj and Mewia Łacha, and the status of an ecological island guarantees the preservation of nature in its natural state. An additional advantage is the proximity of the beach, which can be reached by a picturesque route through the forest in just a few minutes. Importantly, the entire complex will be perfectly connected to the most important tourist destinations. You can reach Sobieszewska Island and the center of Gdańsk directly by bus. By car, it will take only 15 minutes to get to the city. It will also be possible to transport by water trams and yachts that can be rented within the complex.

The offer of the Sol Marina apartments is especially aimed at people investing in premises for rent. Investors are offered a maintenance-free business model at the same time. This means that the real estate management is done by a professional and experienced operator. The settlement of revenues is made in the 30/70 system, which means that 30% is received by the hotel operator and 70% by the owner of the apartment.
