Dekpol starts with new sales promotions of housing estates
The Company Dekpol, executing real-estate development projects in northern part of Poland, launched new promotional campaign for housing estates in Gdynia, Gdańsk and Tczew. Customers buying flats may get a discount in the amount of PLN 5 thousands counted from basic price of apartment, which can be then used for any kind of purpose, e.g. for kitchen arrangement.
Dekpol S.A. launched new promotional campaign, which will last from 1 December 2016 until the end of February 2017. By way of buying a flat, customers will get the discount of PLN 5 thousands counted from basic price of apartment, which can be used for any kind of purpose, such as kitchen arrangement. The offer applies to four projects available in the offer of real-estate developer – Osiedle Zielone in Gdańsk, Osiedle Na Fali in Gdynia and housing estate Nowe Rokitki, as well as complex of detached houses Nowe Rokitki Park in Tczew.
Osiedle Zielone (housing estate) in Gdańsk is characterized by modern architecture and high standard. Investment is executed at Potęgowska Street, in the southern part of Gdańsk, between Armii Krajowej Street and the Tri-City ring road, located east of picturesque Lake Jasień. Within housing estate Osiedle Zielone, in 3 stages, will be jointly constructed 633 apartments. Current offer includes apartments executed within 3rdstage, and the last flats of the 2nd stage.
Osiedle Na Fali (housing estate) located in a scenic part of Gdynia is constructed in close vicinity to the beach Mechelinka and the beach Rewa.
