Dekpol S.A. presents the new app on real-estate fair in Gdynia
Last weekend, Dekpol S.A. presented its broad offer of flats during real-estate fair in Gdynia Arena hall . The event created also the opportunity for presentation of the newest app, which enables to visit the new investment of the Company named Verano Residence in Jurata on Hel Peninsula (Półwysep Helski).
The fair, which took place between 2-3 September in Gdynia, attracted throng of customers interested in purchase of the property from primary market. The offer of Dekpol S.A., which includes flats and apartments both in popular, as well as premium segment, met the huge interest of visitors.
Among presented investments were among other things projects from Gdańsk – Osiedle Zielone, Jaworowe Wzgórze, Młoda Morena housing estate and Młoda Morena Park, as well as Osiedle Na Fali in Gdynia and Nowe Rokitki Park in Tczew. This is due to the well-thought-out concept of each and every investment and Dekpol S.A.`s stand, which, especially for the fair, has been designed by highly-valued designer Jan Sikora.
Under special interest of visitors was the newest project in portfolio of Dekpol S.A. – cozy apartment house Verano Residence in Jurata. Each and every visitor had a chance to visit the investment precisely thanks to special app designed by the company Workroom. The app, which takes advantage of 3D–technology, enables to enter to each apartment, have a look at each and every corner and also to check apartment plan, its exposure to sunlight and even to meet the closest vicinity.
Demonstration film presenting the app is available on the fun page of Dekpol S.A. on Facebook portal under: facebook.com/Dekpol.mieszkania. Soon, the app will also present the investment Grano Residence – the newest investment of the Company Dekpol S.A. to be performed on Granary Island (Wyspa Spichrzów) in Gdańsk. The app will be available in info-kiosk in Hotel Almond and in Hotel Number One as well.
