Dekpol S.A. increased sales of flats by nearly 60%

In the first three quarters of 2017, Dekpol S.A. sold 687 flats, thus by nearly 60% more than one year before. During the first nine months this year, the Company handed over to the customers 380 finished premises comparing to 94 premises handed over in the analogous period of the last year.

Increasingly by three first quarters this year, Dekpol S.A. performed sales of 687 flats, thus by nearly 60% more than in the analogous period of the last year, when the Company sold 436 flats. Only in Q3 this year, based on reservation, real-estate development and the preliminary agreements, the Company contracted 201 flats. For comparison, in the same period of the last year, the Company sold 158 flats. Management Board of Dekpol S.A. announced concurrently, that at the end of September this year, the real-estate developer had in its sales offer 381 flats in total.

During the first three quarters this year, based on concluded notarial agreements transferring the ownership of the flat, Dekpol S.A. will identify in its financial result 380 flats in total, comparing to 94 flats identified in the analogous period of the last year. From that result, in the third quarter this year will be identified the sales of 297 flats comparing to 52 flats identified in Q3 in 2016.

In accordance with the assumptions of Management Board of Dekpol S.A., participation of real-estate development segment in general revenues of the Capital Group will increase significantly in 2017. It will primarily be connected with completion of currently performed real-estate development projects, which will be identified in revenues of the Group. The projection of Management Board assumes, that in 2017 revenues level of real-estate development segment will reach approximately PLN 200 million, while total revenues from all business activities currently performed by the Group may reach up to PLN 500 million.
