Dekpol joins the Polish Association of Developers
Dekpol has joined the prestigious association of the biggest property developers. Dekpol is systematically extending housing supply and is planning dynamic development in the property management segment.
Dekpol, which primarily operates in the property management industry, is a new member of the Polish Association of Developers. The organisation brings together reliable and credible property developers which not only comply with the Code of Good Practice but which are also aware of the necessity to establish partnership and open dialogue with the customer. Affiliated companies pay attention to the quality of these contracts and the quality of the apartments and housing estates which they offer to their customers.
The Polish Association of Developers is the biggest industry organisation in Poland, affiliating more than 100 developers. The organisation constitutes an effective communication platform, facilitates the establishment of partnership and open dialogue in the industry as well as the exchange of knowledge and experience. The Association also formulates opinions on legal acts, contributing to the minimising of the business risk faced by developers.

Property management is one of the three segments developed by Dekpol. Its comprehensive execution of investments, cooperation with the leading project offices in the country and highly qualified staff contributed to the fact that Dekpol holds a strong position in the property management industry in the north of Poland. Dekpol offers houses, apartments and commercial units. So far, four real estate projects have been carried out. The Słoneczne housing estate and the Zielone housing estate have been built in Gdańsk. The Tenement by the Vistula River apartment and the Delta building, have, in turn, been built in Tczewo. Currently, the following three new housing estates are being built: Nowe Rokitki in Tczewo, a beautifully located housing unit, Młoda Morena in Gdańsk and the second stage of the Zielone housing estate. Subsequent investments are in preparation, including in the centre of Gdańsk.
