Dekpol increased sales of flats in the 1st half of 2017 by 75%
In the first half-year of 2017, Dekpol sold 486 flats, i.e. of about 75% more comparing to the last year. In the first six months this year, the Company handed over at the same time to its clients 83 premises comparing to 42 premises handed over in analogous period of the last year.
In the first half-year of 2017, Dekpol sold jointly 486 flats based on concluded reservations, real-estate development and preliminary agreements. It is by approximately 75% more than in the same period last year, when the Company contracted the sales of 278 premises. Management Board of Dekpol announced at the same time, that as of the end of June this year, the Company had in its sales offer 581 premises in total.
In financial results of Dekpol for the first half year 2017 will be identified 83 premises, which within this period and on the basis of concluded notarial agreements transferring the ownership to the flats, have been handed over to the clients. It is of about 98% more than in the first half-year of 2016, when the Company identified sales of 42 premises.
Dekpol is the leading real-estate developer in Pomeranian Voivodeship. In Gdańsk the Company executes currently: Osiedle Młoda Morena, Osiedle Młoda Morena Park, Osiedle Zielone as well as Jaworowe Wzgórze. In Gdynia under execution remain Osiedle Na Fali, while in Tczew: Nowe Rokitki Park and Osiedle Nowe Rokitki.
In accordance with assumptions of Management Board of Dekpol, the share of real-estate development activities in general revenues of the Capital Group will increase significantly in the year 2017. It will be predominantly connected with completion of currently executed real-estate development projects, which will be identified in the Group’s revenues. The prognosis of Management Board assumes, that in the year 2017 the revenues share from real-estate development segment will amount approximately PLN 200 million, while the revenues from all segments of business activities may reach up to PLN 500 million in total.
