Dekpol has been building Flex Gdańsk BCL (Baltic Logistics Center)
Dekpol has started the construction of two modern warehouse and service halls in Gdańsk on the Wyspa Portowa (Port Island). The facilities will consist of small SBU (small business unit) modules with an office part and will provide a total of nearly 15,000 m2 of usable floor space.
Dekpol will build the Baltic Logistics Center as a general contractor. The investment is being built in Gdańsk Przeróbka. The project involves the construction of two modern warehouse and service halls with separate office parts. The facilities will provide a total of 14,755 m2 of usable space. They will consist of SBU modules designed for small warehouses, light production or representative offices. The project will be carried out at the request of Flex Gdańsk BCL. The investor still offers free spaces for rent.
The Baltic Logistics Center will have access to the PKP railway siding. It will be located close to the DCT container terminal and only 2 km from the S7 expressway. Access to the center of Gdańsk by car will take just 3 minutes.
Dekpol specializes in the construction of logistics and industrial facilities, shopping centers and other cubature facilities. At the end of 2018, the Group performed contracts for external entities with a total contractual value of over PLN 637 million net. In the first quarter of this year the value of contracts for external entities increased by up to 46% yoy.
