Dekpol extends the offer of single-family houses
Dekpol S.A. put into sale 12 single-family houses near Tczew. The new project is the second stage of construction of the housing estate Nowe Rokitki Park. The prices of houses of over 112 m2 of usable floor area start from PLN 379 thousands. Release into use of the investment has been scheduled for the end of 2018.
Housing estate Nowe Rokitki Park II is the new investment of Dekpol S.A., which is being performed in Śliwiny near Tczew. The project involves construction of 12 single-family semi-detached houses. Each house consists in two floors: ground floor and the attic (first floor) of a total usable area of over 110 m2. On the ground floor have been projected: vestibule, corridor, toilette and the leaving room with kitchen area, while on the first floor: corridor, four bedrooms and bathroom. Each house will be constructed on the plot of area ranging from 600 m2 to 1200 m2 and has the paved and sheltered car park.
The prices of houses start from PLN 379 thousands. Release into use of the investment has been scheduled for the end of 2018. The general contractor of the project is the SPV grouped within Dekpol Capital Group. Architectural project prepared the company 3A Studio.
Housing estate Nowe Rokitki Park II is constructed in the vicinity of numerous lakes and forests. Charming surroundings and belonging to each house small plot causes, that the residents will have a chance to commune with nature on the daily basis, as well as to be able to spend its time actively next to green areas. At the same time, attractive location enables the fast commuting to Tczew (10 minutes by car), to Starogard Gdański (25 minutes by car) or to Gdańsk (40 minutes by car). In the close neighborhood is also railway station PKP Czarlin, which connects Kulice Tczewskie with Gdynia, Tczew, Bydgoszcz and Inowrocław.
The new investment is the second stage of the housing estate Nowe Rokitki Park. As a part of the first stage were constructed 8 houses.
