DEKPOL Deweloper sold 236 apartments in 1H 2024
DEKPOL Deweloper, the company from among of the DEKPOL Group, conducting its business activities in the area of property development, published initial information relating to sales of apartments in 1H 2024.
In the discussed period, the Group’s property development segment sold 236 apartments under reservation, real-estate development and preliminary agreements, compared to 198 apartments in 1H 2023. Sales of 168 apartments will be recognized in financial results for 1H 2024, compared to 181 apartments a year ago.
At the end of June 2024, Dekpol Deweloper’s offer included 950 apartments.
– In the first half of 2024, the company successfully maintained a stable position in the market despite some cooling of interest from customers evident in the second quarter of this year. In the popular segment, some people decided to hold off on their purchases in anticipation of more favorable credit conditions and to familiarize themselves with the main features of the new government program supporting creditworthy customers. The premium segment, on the other hand, is experiencing a slight slowdown in the market and lengthening purchase decisions.
Our priority is to further adjust our strategy and diversified offer in order to achieve a solid financial result in 2024. Despite the challenging period, we recorded a sales increase of more than 19% compared to the same period in 2023.” – says Sebastian Barandziak, CEO of Dekpol Deweloper.
