DEKPOL Deweloper sold 173 apartments in 1Q 2025
DEKPOL Deweloper, the company from the DEKPOL Group, conducting its business activities in the property development industry, published preliminary information on sales of apartments in 1Q 2025.
During reported period, the Group’s property development segment sold 173 apartments based on reservation, real-estate development, and preliminary agreements.
In financial results for Q1 2025, sales of 124 apartments will be recognized. At the end of March 2025, the offer of Dekpol Deweloper included 801 apartments.
– We assess the beginning of the year positively – despite the fact, that market conditions remain challenging, we sold 31% more apartments than in the first quarter of last year. Our focus on ensuring that our sales offer remains rich and diverse, even in a more difficult market that is highly sensitive to various external factors, is paying off. This enables us to meet the needs of different customer groups, both in the popular and premium segments. Geographically, we continue to be mainly concentrated in northern Poland – the Tricity area and its surroundings – but in line with our adopted strategy, we are also exploring other locations. Currently, we are offering a very attractive apartment project in Warsaw’s Wola district. As always, we remain cautiously optimistic, but the operational results of the first quarter of this year provide a solid foundation for achieving our ambitious goals for the entire year 2025. – says Piotr Tarkowski, CEO of Dekpol Deweloper.
The Dekpol Deweloper’s goals for 2025 include selling of 510 apartments based on reservation, real-estate development, and preliminary agreements, and achieving revenues in the amount of approximately PLN 308 million, primarily driven by the recognition of sales of around 570 apartments in financial result.
