The prices of apartments offered start from gross PLN 167,5 thousands. Hand-over for use of finished apartments is scheduled for the turn of 2021/2022. Architectural design project of the estate has been prepared by Diogenes Studio, and the general contractor of the investment is Dekpol S.A.
