Dekpol constructed the new headquarter of Kurt König company in Poland

Dekpol – one of the leading general contracting companies in Pomerania Voiwodeship, handed over to Kurt König company a ready office and warehouse facility located in Gdańsk with a total area of approximately 2000 m2. The building with attractive architecture will function as the company’s headquarter in Poland. Kurt König specializes in sales, rental and servicing of construction machinery.  

Dekpol completed works as a part of general contracting services carried out on behalf of the company Kurt König. As a result, the investor was handed over with ready office and warehouse facility with a total area of approximately 2000 m2. Investment project was implemented in Gdańsk at Budowlanych Street, near the Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport.

– We have successfully completed another investment project. We are convinced, that an architecturally interesting building will become the showcase of Kurt König company. The building is distinguished by numerous glazing surfaces. The social and office part of the building serving representative functions was, in turn, clad with dark facade panels – said Adam Olżyński, Investments and Development Director of Dekpol S.A.

This investment was the first construction project made by Dekpol for Kurt König, although the companies have been cooperating with each other for several years. So far, however, Dekpol has been a customer of Kurt König, regularly renting and buying construction machines.

Kurt König operates in construction industry for 20 years. The company has an attractive and wide offer of construction machines for rental, ranging from power tools and ending with heavy excavators and loaders. The company also deals with sales and servicing.

Dekpol is an expert in construction of logistic and industrial facilities, shopping centers as well as other cubature facilities. At the end of the third quarter this year, the Group performed contracts for external entities with a total contractual value of over net PLN 762 million.
