Dekpol built two facilities for 7R

Dekpol completed the construction of two storage facilities with a total area of approximately 50.000 m2. The investment was carried out at the request of the 7R company in the “design and build” formula.

Dekpol completed a project covering the construction of two storage halls for 7R in Swarożyn. Construction of a hall with an area of 21 thousand m2 was completed in June this year. The facility obtained its certificate of occupancy. The first hall with 26 thousand m2 of warehousing space was handed over to the investor in December last year. The contract also covered the reconstruction of the utilities infrastructure and the national road. The investment was implemented as part of general contracting services in the “design and build” formula.

The project was created in close proximity to the Tri-City, in an attractive location, directly next to the intersection of the A1 motorway and the national road No. 22. This place provides facilities for the special economic zone of Tczew and Starogard.
