Dekpol built the sixth hall for Panattoni

Dekpol has completed the construction of a production hall in the BTS system with a usable area of around 10,000 m2. This is the sixth investment implemented for Panattoni within a general contracting services with the development of its own detailed design.

Dekpol has finalized in Grudziądz an investment involving the construction of a production hall with social and office facilities based on its own detailed design. The facility was equipped with installations and solutions dedicated to this type of activity. It has a total of approximately 10,000 sq m of usable space and was built on behalf of Panattoni. It is also the sixth hall completed for this investor as part of general contracting services.

“We are handing over for use another completed project made for Panattoni. Constant cooperation confirms that the investor appreciates our competence and the quality of implementation of the investments entrusted to us” – said Michał Skowron, Vice President of the Management Board of Dekpol S.A.

The project has been implemented in a BTS (build-to-suit) system and is tailored to the individual needs of the client. In particular, the hall structure had to be strengthened due to the use of additional installations. The building was equipped with seven ventilation units located on the roof. In this way, HVAC installations were expanded, including air conditioning with humidity control in the hall. In addition, an ESD resin floor was used, an extensive mesh of cable trays in the hall adapted for production. EX rooms have also been prepared (explosion hazard zone). The design included the construction of a compressed air and vacuum installation, as well as a drying room with an allowable temperature of 75 degrees inside.

Dekpol specializes in the construction of logistics and industrial facilities, shopping centers and other cubature facilities. At the end of 2018, the Group performed contracts for external entities with a total contractual value of over PLN 637 million net. In the first quarter of this year the value of contracts for external entities increased by up to 46% yoy.
