Dekpol built a facility for Trefl SA

Dekpol has completed the construction of a three-storey building with a total area of approx. 10 thousand m2. The investment was carried out as part of a general contracting service commissioned by Trefl. The construction period was 15 months as planned.

Dekpol has finalized another order as part of general contracting services. It involved the construction of a three-story building with a total area of approx. 10 thousand m2. The facility ordered by Trefl SA will be intended for research and development and office purposes. In accordance with the optimized execution design of the structure prepared by Dekpol, the investment was carried out in reinforced concrete technology with a ventilated facade. This is the second implementation of Dekpol for the company Trefl SA.

The ready-to-use object was handed over to the investor in September this year. Thus, the duration of the investment located in Gdynia amounted to 15 months. Construction costs were partly financed from EU funds.

Trefl SA is a leading producer of board games in Poland and one of the largest puzzle producers in Europe.

Dekpol is an expert in the construction of logistics and industrial facilities, shopping centers and other cubature facilities. At the end of the first half of 2019, the Group carried out contracts for external entities with a total contractual value of over PLN 500 million net.
