Dekpol among the largest construction companies in Poland
Dekpol has been ranked 24th in the largest construction companies in our country. At the same time, the company is one of the leading market players in the field of private investment implementation. According to the ranking prepared by Spectis construction experts, the top 40 companies operating in the construction industry generated a total of PLN 43.5 billion in revenues.
Dekpol has established itself among the largest construction companies in Poland. In the ranking prepared by the research company Spectis (published by the wnp.pl portal) it took a very high 24th place. This position in the list of key construction companies in our country is the result of an increase in revenues in 2017 by 124% yoy. to the level of PLN 579 million.
For comparison, the leader of the ranking in 2017 achieved nearly PLN 6.4 billion in revenues. At the same time, 40 enterprises included in the list generated a total of PLN 43.5 billion in turnover in this period. This represents over half of the domestic construction and assembly production of all companies employing more than nine employees. The largest revenues are generated by infrastructure projects financed from the state budget.
“Currently, we specialize in servicing private investments, and a significant part of all projects are the construction of logistics and industrial facilities in which we have expert competence. The advantage of this type of orders in our business means that we are at the forefront of the largest entities in this segment in Poland. This year, we are not slowing down and we are planning to build facilities with a total area exceeding 400,000 m2” – said Adam Olżyński, Investment and Development Director at Dekpol S.A.
The main area of Dekpol’s activity remains the Pomeranian Voivodeship, where nearly 60% of general contracting projects are implemented. The company specializes in the construction of logistics and industrial facilities, shopping centers and other cubature facilities.
