City Apart Management joined Gdańsk Tourist Organization
City Apart Management, manager of Hotel Number One on Wyspa Spichrzów (Granary Island) in Gdańsk, joined to members of the prestigious organization developing the tourism on the 3-City market. The Company is associated with the Dekpol Group, which completed also other hotel projects and prepares another ones.
The company City Apart Management managing the Hotel Number One joined Gdańsk Tourist Organization. The Organization influences strongly development of tourism in Gdańsk and the region, among other things through promotion, integration, coordination, popularization or initiation of diversified touristic activities.
Membership in Gdańsk Tourist Organization constitutes confirmation of our broad activities supporting development of tourism in 3-City. We would like to participate actively within Organization and to support various initiatives aiming increase of tourist flows in Gdańsk and the region. Year by year, the 3-City area attracts bigger and bigger number of persons, coming for both, business, as well as touristic purposes. City Apart Management is a Company specializing in management of hotels and short-term rental of apartments. The Company is associated with the Dekpol Group, which, in addition to Hotel Number One, was both, investor, as well as general contractor of e.g. Almond Hotel located in Gdańsk at Motława River. As general contractor, the Dekpol Group constructed also such objects as: Hotel nad Wisłą near Tczew, Hotel Aubrecht in Pokrzywnica, Hotel Mercure Sepia in Bydgoszcz and Hotel Plaza in Warsaw. In preparations are other hotel investments, such as Grano Residence on Wyspa Spichrzów (Granary Island) or the project on Wyspa Sobieszewska (Sobieszewska Island) also in Gdańsk.
