Dekpol topped out the investment Grano Hotel and Grano Residence

Dekpol has started finishing works on the Grano Hotel and the Grano Residence’s apartment area belonging to the Grano Hotels chain, located on Gdańsk Granary Island. Topping out marks the completion of major construction works.

Dekpol, acting as general contractor, solemnly suspended the topping out of an investment carried out for Dekpol Pszenna Sp. z o.o. The meeting was attended by, among others Mariusz Tuchlin – President of the Management Board, Sebastian Leszczyński – Vice President of the Manaement Board of Dekpol Deweloper, Arkadiusz Skobrosz – General Director of Grano Hotel, Sławomir Młyński – Director of the GC Department and Michał Sikora – Contract Manager.

As part of the investment, a seven-storey facility will be built with a total area of 24 108 m2 and 19 505,9 m2 of usable floor space. The hotel part has 136 comfortable rooms with an area of 22 to 47 m2 sold in the condo system. The second part will contain 141 functional apartments ranging from 36 to 87 m2. In the common areas of the building, a spacious lobby, a conference room for 120 guests, a restaurant, swimming pool, sauna and spa salons have been designed. Currently ongoing works on the facade are advanced at 70%.

“Topping out is a very important moment, both for investors and the team of contractors, which confirms that the implementation of the investment is proceeding as agreed. Thanks to the commitment of the entire team, we were able to finish the first stage of works on time. Finishing works ahead of us, which I hope, will be carried out equally efficiently and with the highest standards” – said Sławomir Młyński, Director of the GC Department at Dekpol S.A.

The new Grano Hotels chain complex is being built on Wyspa Spichrzów within Pszenna and Żytnia Streets, only 250 meters from Długa Street and the Old Town. The location of the investment is its undeniable advantage. The heart of the city and the center of the most important historical and cultural events attracts millions of tourists to Gdańsk every year, and the Grano facilities are created in response to their needs.

As part of general contracting services, Dekpol will also modernize transport and technical infrastructure in the form of access roads and pavements.

Dekpol specializes in the construction of logistics and industrial facilities, shopping centers and other cubature facilities.
