Four-star Almond Hotel starts in Gdańsk already in May

Facility, which is under the supervision of conservationist, is built at the place of historical marzipan and cocoa factory. Location in center of Gdańsk at Motława River and Toruńska street is an attractive location on the map of city centre, in the immediate vicinity of Old Town. The opening is scheduled for May.
Almond Hotel will offer 109 comfortable rooms. On the ground of the building, there have been prepared professionally equipped conference and banquet rooms as well as restaurant with live cooking zone. At guest’s disposal will be also well-equipped SPA & Wellness zone with a chlorine-free swimming pool and complex of saunas and jacuzzi.
Four-star hotel will be an ideal place for both recreational stays as well as for organization of various business meetings. Dekpol S.A. is an investor and General Contractor of the investment.
As a general contractor Dekpol built such objects like: Hotel nad Wisłą near Tczew, Hotel Aubrecht in Pokrzywnica, Mercure Hotel Sepia in Bydgoszcz and Hotel Plaza in Warszawa.
The latest investment of the company is currently carried out complex “Nowa Motława” on Wyspa Spichrzów (Granary Island) in Gdańsk, as part of which will be built Aparthotel Number One offering hotel apartments sold in the system of condo hotels. Dekpol is both a developer and general contractor of investment.
