Przemysław Langowski – the Chief in Hotel Number One

Przemysław Langowski is a cook with many years of experience, awarded in multiple competitions. The passion to cooking connected with developed skills caused, that his qualifications were highly valued not only in Poland, but also abroad. He is eager to experiment in the kitchen, however many inspirations draws on culinary traditions taken from home, which consist for him the base of many dishes. He is a passionate of combining both cuisines – traditional with modern one.

Przemysław Langowski begun to get his professional experience in 1999 in Hotel Lido in Jurata. Between years 2001 and 2005 used to work as a cook in Hotel Nadmorski in Gdynia, later as a Chef in Hotel Bryza Resort & Spa in Jurata (2005-2006). In 2005 served internship in Restaurant Embasy in Frankfurt. Between 2005 and 2008 was a Chef in Restaurant Metamorfoza in Gdańsk, and then in Hotel Platinum in Ostróda. Between 2010 and 2016 led the kitchen in restaurant in the Hotel Willa Port in Ostróda. In 2016, became kitchen Chef of the restaurant Magiel in Hotel Almond in Gdańsk. There are many awards on his account. He was awarded with silver medal in category “regional dishes” on International Culinary Competition organized in Erfurt. He took the first place on nationwide Culinary Competition “Złota Patelnia” and the second place in the Competition “Zielona Czapka Bonduelle”. He is a member of Polish Cookers Association, as well as a juror of numerous culinary competitions.

Menu of restaurant in Hotel Number One will include author’s dishes of Kitchen Chef inspired by Italian cuisine. Przemysław Langowski wants to develop further his skills and experience got in Frankfurt, where he used to work with native Italians. Italian cuisine is famous for unique aromaticity and richness of aromas. In the kitchen, Italians take advantage of family traditions and pattern upon its recipes.
