Housing estate Młoda Morena – the phrase “to be in the forest” takes completely other meaning
Dekpol put into sale buildings within the 2nd stage of housing estate Młoda Morena in Gdańsk, which will deliver jointly 113 apartments of area ranging from 34,88 m2 to 88,66 m2. Completion of construction works has been scheduled for December 2018. Real-estate developer started accepting of reservations for premises, which will be constructed on this housing estate under 3rd stage.
Dekpol starts construction of the 2nd stage of housing estate Młoda Morena. The investment is executed in Gdańsk at Dolne Migowo Street. As a part of this stage will be constructed 6-floor building with 3-underground floor garage hall. The project includes construction of 113 flats of diversified structure: 2-, 3- and 4-rooms of areas ranging from 34,88 m2 to 88,66 m2.
To the flats on ground floors will belong small gardens, while on higher floors will be installed balconies and loggias. The housing estate Młoda Morena will be adopted to needs of persons with disabilities. In each stairwell (3) will be installed silent-running elevator coming also to underground garages. The housing estate will be fenced and monitored.
The prices of this investment start from 5.650 PLN/m2. Completion of construction works has been scheduled for December 2018, while the hand-over of flats has been planned for February 2019. Housing estate project was developed by Pilch Architekci Studio. Real-estate developer, as well as general contractor of this investment is the Company Dekpol.

As a target, housing Estate Młoda Morena shall consist of three buildings. The first building encloses 115 flats. All of them have already been sold. Dekpol started already to accept reservations on premises, which will be constructed on this housing estate as a part of the third stage of the project.
