Dekpol S.A. starts the luxurious project Grano Residence

Real-estate development company Dekpol S.A. starts the execution of the prestigious investment on Granary Island (Wyspa Spichrzów) in Gdańsk. Within the project called Grano Residence will be jointly constructed approximately 300 residential apartments and commercial premises, including hotel rooms sold in condo system. The project will be maintained in Art déco style. Release into use of the investment has been scheduled for the second half of the year 2020.

Grano Residence is the newest investment of the Dekpol Capital Group, which will be performed on Granary Island in Gdańsk at Pszenna, Chmielna and Żytnia Streets. The building will be constructed in very attractive location in close vicinity of the historic Długa Street, vis-à-vis the Old Town. The complex of two buildings will consist of residential apartments and commercial premises, including hotel rooms sold in condo system. Release into use of the investment has been scheduled for the second half of the year 2020. General contractor of the project is also Dekpol S.A.

Luxurious apartments will be sold in shell and core standard or as the building in a “turnkey” standard. The premises could be used both – as the apartment for living or as a place for rent with the ability of profits earning from such investment.

Hotel part will also include elegant and spacious restaurant, modern SPA & Wellness zone with swimming pool, saunas and a conference centre.

Architectural project, developed by well-known design studio Kozikowski Design has been maintained in Art déco style. As the inspiration for projecting of such complex served the architecture of historic granaries, which were constructed in Gdańsk since 1330. Original interiors project has been developed by famous studio Ideograf – Paulina Czurak. Nowadays, the Granary Island restores its former brilliance and is of a bigger and bigger interest of investors undertaking their new investments.
