Forest estate extends Gdańsk housing offer of Dekpol

Property developer Dekpol S.A. starts with a new project in Gdańsk. As part of the Forest housing estate comprising five intimate buildings, 157 comfortable flats with various sizes were put up for sale. The prices of premises start from PLN 6890 per m2. Putting the investment into use is planned in stages starting from the fourth quarter of 2019.

The Forest estate is the latest investment of the Dekpol S.A. Capital Group, which is being built in Gdańsk at Myśliwska Street, in the Piecki-Migowo district. The project includes five intimate buildings with modern and minimalist architecture. As part of the investment, a total of 157 comfortable flats with 2 to 4 rooms will be built.

 

Customers can choose from varying sizes from 37.8 m2 to 157.3 m2. The prices of premises start from PLN 6890 per m2. Flats on the ground floor will have gardens, while apartments on the upper floors will have sunny balconies. On the last floor of each building there are two-level premises with green terraces on the roof. Putting the investment into use is planned in stages starting from the fourth quarter of 2019. The general contractor of the project is the special purpose company Dekpol Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. Myśliwska Sp. K. The architectural design was prepared by K & M Design.

Apartments will be equipped with an intelligent control system operated smartphone or tablet. In addition, the high comfort of using the premises will also be ensured by modern video intercoms and silent elevators serving the garage and above-ground storeys. Under the buildings, a garage hall for 158 parking spots will be built, and for the convenience and safety of motorists, a system for heating down the garage ramps will be installed. In the area of the estate, a surface parking lot is also planned for 31 cars.

An additional convenience for future residents will be storage rooms, carriages, bike rooms and separate space for two-wheelers. In the Forest estate, green areas have been designed with great care, including walking paths with landscaping facilities and a playground for children. The area around the investment will be partially fenced and will be monitored by a camera system.

The location of this housing estate provides convenient access to the center of Gdańsk, which is only 6 km away from the investment. At a distance of about 2 km there is a Karczemki road junction that allows entry to the Tricity beltway. The proximity of green areas, especially the Tri-City Landscape Park, will allow the residents of the housing estate both for relaxation and active recreation. In the vicinity of the project, there are numerous retail and service outlets as well as Galeria Morena shopping center. Right next to the Forest estate, in mid-2019, Nowa Bulońska street will be built. The implementation of this investment also provides for the launch of a tramway line to the Warsaw street.
