Dekpol starts with sales of flats on housing estate “Młoda Morena Park II”
The new investment of the Company Dekpol called “Młoda Morena Park II” has been put into sales. Modern housing estate of an intimate style is located in Piecki-Migowo district of Gdańsk, commonly called Morena. The Company offers 32 flats of an area ranging from 46 m2 to 97 m2, with prices starting from 8091 PLN / m2. In each of eight buildings are constructed 4 flats only, what will directly influence the comfort of future housing estate residents.

As a part of investment, real-estate developer offers 32 flats of an area ranging from 46,29 m2 to 97,14 m2 with number of rooms starting from 2 till 4 of them, among which 16 of them are fitted with entresol. The reason why the housing estate Młoda Morena II is so distinctive, is the chamber design of buildings. In each of eight buildings, consisting in two over ground floors with additional entresol and one underground level, will be constructed four flats only.
