Sol Marina will be enlarged by 267 more apartments

The luxurious Sol Marina complex, located on the Gdańsk coast, will be expanded. Dekpol Deweloper has just obtained a building permit for the next two stages. As part of the investment under preparation, 267 apartments and 129 mooring places will be built. The completion of the 2nd and 3rd stage of this unique project is planned for the second quarter of 2023 and 2024, respectively.

Dekpol Deweloper may implement the next stages of the prestigious Sol Marina complex. The final decision regarding the building permit has just been issued. As part of the approved stage II and III of the Sol Marina project, construction of 31 cozy buildings is planned, which will include a total of 267 luxury apartments. As part of the investment, 293 parking spaces and 129 mooring spaces will also be prepared. The completion of the second stage is planned for the second quarter of 2023. In turn, the commissioning of the apartments from the third stage will take place a year later.

“Sol Marina will be implemented in three stages, including the construction of several hundred apartments. We have already completed the first phase of the investment, which is very popular among customers. Obtaining a building permit for the next stages allows us to continue the implementation of this unique project on a national scale. Premium class apartments with private mooring places meet the highest expectations and requirements of customers. It is in the apartment part, and in the hotel part of our offer, apart from hotel rooms, we also have fully equipped investment apartments ”- emphasized Sebastian Barandziak, President of Dekpol Deweloper.

As part of the first stage, 77 apartments ranging in size from 41 to 89 sq m have already been built. The construction of the Grano Marina Hotel will begin soon. The 11-storey building dominating the area of the complex will be erected, with 130 hotel rooms. In this part of the investment, a comfortable recreation area has been planned with a swimming pool offering a unique view of the marina. Many attractive amenities have also been designed, allowing guests to rest in exceptional conditions, including: a lobby with a reception desk, a restaurant with access to a winter garden, and a conference and business center. The investor has at its disposal 400 sq m of the Wellness & SPA area, it will prepare as many as 8 SPA rooms, a fitness room and, on the top floor, exclusive rooms under the stars SEA ROOF with a view of the Sobieszewo Island.

The construction of the complex started in 2019. The architectural design was developed in cooperation with LSA, K&M Design and BO Projekty, and with Paulina Czurak from the IDEOGRAF Studio, who is responsible for the interior design.

The Sol Marina complex is located just 500 meters from the Sobieszewo Island, right on the shore of the mouth of the Martwa Wisła to the Baltic Sea. There are two nature reserves here – Ptasi Raj and Mewia Łacha. The entire complex is perfectly connected with the most important tourist destinations. The investment is located only 14 kilometers from the center of Gdańsk. Thanks to Sol Marina, the Martwa Wisła waterfront has gained a unique and modern look.
