Ecological solutions within 2nd stage of Osiedle Pastelowe

Osiedle Pastelowe is a unique investment project located in Gdańsk Łostowice at Pastelowa Street. As a part of the second stage will be constructed five functional buildings with 350 apartments in total with an area ranging from 36 up to 62 m². Additional space will be created by home gardens for one-story apartments, as well as balconies on upper floors. The prices of flats start from gross PLN 6487 / m². The handover of the investment is scheduled for December 2022.

The space of the entire estate will be filled with green areas, including anti-smog plants and oxygen trees which will allow for consuming of large amounts of CO2 and thus significantly improving the quality. Inside the buildings is planned to install modern antibacterial lamps and special devices for air disinfection. For people who value active forms of recreation, will be prepared special roofed bicycle parking spaces, as well as a recreational zone in the estate, incl. the outdoor gym.

For the own disposal of residents will also be available parking spaces in the garage hall, storage rooms and parking spaces next to each building. In order to guarantee the maximum comfort and a sense of space, it is planned to keep long distances of more than 30 meters between the buildings. Osiedle Pastelowe is being constructed in the vicinity of green areas and in picturesque neighborhood of Radunia stream. The S6 expressway route and the Tri-City Ring Road also run close to the estate, providing comfortable and quick access to Gdynia, Sopot and other nearby towns. There are also numerous bus and tram stops nearby, which enable efficient access by public transport to selected districts of the city.

The architectural design of the investment has been prepared by the K&M Design studio. Dekpol Budownictwo serves as the general contractor of the investment.
