Hotel Number One on a short list of Eurobuild Awards contest!

Opened in Spring this year the Hotel Number One in Gdańsk has been placed on so called “short list” of Eurobuild Awards contest in the category “New Hotel of the Year, Poland”. The contest, which is organized by the magazine “Eurobuild Central & Eastern Europe, is considered as on the most prestigious in this business type.

Hotel Number One is located on the Granary Island (Wyspa Spichrzów) in Gdańsk in the prestigious neighborhood of the Old Town. The Object provide 172 hotel-rooms, Mamma Mia Zielona Pietruszka Restaurant, One Harmony SPA & Wellness zone and the intimate conference center. Coherent architecture and design of hotel interiors have been created by leading personalities representing such design studios as: KD Kozikowski Design, Ideograf Paulina Czurak and Sikora Wnętrza – Jan Sikora.

The Hotel has been opened in April this year and since the first months of its operating enjoys huge interest of clients, including Guests from abroad. In summer season, the occupancy rate was equal to about 80%, in August it was even 81,6%. Nearly 70% of the hotel guests come from abroad, especially from Norway, Sweden, Germany and United Kingdom.
