HOW CAN THE XMOR® BHB BUCKET DELIVER MORE IN LESS TIME?
The XMOR® BHB Seria bucket increases your productivity with a 10-20% higher payload without increasing suspended bucket material load. This is equal to a 15-30% reduction of steel in the bucket. This achievement results from the combination of using the best high-strength steel, Hardox® wear plate, an innovative design that is optimized for increased life and a production process of the highest quality and with consumables specially designed for Hardox® wear plate. Together, these factors allow the reduction in material thicknesses that enables the incredibly low weight of the bucket. The XMOR® buckets from Dekpol Steel come with one patent approved, three pending and one design patent.
It will be perfect for a wide range of earthworks and mining industries. It aggregates coal, sand, gravel and shot with a diameter of up to 500 mm. The curved cutting edge increases productivity, while the patented bucket curved beam reduces weight, durability and stability. The use of bolt-on heel shrouds, in place of traditional welded ones, reduces service downtime. This makes them possible to replace them at the excavator’s workplace within 1-2 hours.

The new XMOR® BHC SERIES mining bucket is designed to provide high productivity in tough mining conditions. XMOR® BHC SERIES mining buckets feature a groundbreaking design that provides up to 15% more payload than conventional buckets.
It is characterized by the strength necessary to tear out blasting foundations, loading trucks and crushers with rock after shooting and other heavy work, such as work in quarries or mines. Reduced bucket weight by 15% allows for a significant increase in payload.
XMOR ® BHC SERIES buckets are designed for high performance when working with rocks, oversized materials, sand and gravel, coal, clay and bulk earthmoving.
The increased payload of the XMOR® BHC SERIES bucket is the result of a 15% weight reduction, which in turn is the result of optimizing each part for durability.
XMOR ® BHC SERIES bucket uses bolt-on mechanical heel shrouds segments instead of welded ones, meaning replacement can be done in 1-2 hours instead of days.
