The Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) applied using quality assurance methods and tools, including FMEA, 8D, 5WHY, MSA, SPC, process approach based on Lean Management concepts (5S, TPM, SMED), and constant improvements allow us for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of production activities, as well as reducing redundant costs, while keeping the highest technical and quality parameters of the products.

We manufacture backhoe buckets, skeleton buckets, trapezoid ditching buckets, slope ditching buckets, and loading buckets, both rigid and hydraulically titling, destined for diggers, loaders and telescopic material handlers. The wide portfolio of products makes Dekpol buckets find their applications in many sectors of the economy, such as quarries, gravel pits, ground works or in agriculture.
