Dekpol’s debut on the stock exchange

The rights to Dekpol S.A. stocks were listed on the main market of the Stock Exchange on 8 January this year. Dekpol debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 8 January. In early trading the stocks of the Company cost PLN 15.00, i.e. as much as the price of the stock sales in public offering.

 

In public offering Dekpol allocated 1,952,549 newly issued B stocks to the stockholders. The value of public offering amounted to nearly PLN 30 M gross. 65,046 B series stocks were distributed among individual investors. Institutional investors acquired 1,887,500 B stocks, i.e. the whole pool of offered stocks.

Upon the conclusion of public offer the Company capital is divided into 8,362,549 stocks. The new stockholders possess the total of 23.35% share in the capital, while its president and founder, Mariusz Tuchlin, owns 76.64%.

Dekpol intends to allocate the funds raised on the issuance of stocks to the development of operating activities in all the three principal segments of business: general contracting, development activities, and the production of fixtures for construction equipment.
