AED – Associated Equipment Distributors – is an international trade association seated in the USA. AED comprises over 500 members whose business focuses on the manufacture, distribution, rental and servicing of fixtures used in such sectors as construction, mining, forestry and agriculture.
The annual turnover of member companies exceeds USD 15 billion in the USA and Canada only, which gives approx. USD 40 M of annual turnover per a statistical member.
It is fair to say that AED is the voice of its members in Washington. The association publishes research results, analyses and information about markets, economic and business tendencies in the sector. AED organizes conferences and fair events to facilitate the development of distribution and trade networks, as well as B-2-B relations, strengthens the significance of fixtures distributors on North American markets, encourages synergy and collaboration between companies of similar business profile.
