Steel structures

Dekpol is adept at designing and building lightweight and heavy steel frame structures, in particular: industrial facilities, tent halls and warehouses. Additionally, we are providers of structural steel sections and exterior cladding panels.

Our ability to produce main sections required for project implementation makes us self-sufficient in full building process. Monthly production of completed steel structures comes to  250 tons.

The scope of production is divided into two departments:

  1. Prefabricated units department – is responsible for carbon steel elements production. This department specializes in medium and large-sized steel facilities (sports, factories, storehouses, etc.) made out of steel sections, profiles and sheet metals.
  2. Assembling work department – provides an erection of building structures dedicated services with site assembly. We own a wide range of assembling machinery indicated to aluminium scaffold, scissor lifts, self-propelled cranes at our disposal.

The highly qualified staff applies the latest technologies at welding works as per ISO 9001: 2008 TÜV Rheinland and EN 1090-2: 2008 + A1: 2011 in the scope of welding works.

 

Advanced machinery park of steel structure production department comprises:

  • universal ironworker for processing of steel and the device for cutting of holes GEKA Hydracrop 110 SD,
  • Hydraulic Guillotine ERMAKSAN CNC HVR 6100×6,
  • Folding press SPEED-BEND 6100×600,
  • Automatic bandsaw PEGAS-GONDA 500×750 Horizonta;
  • Plasma cutting table ECKERT Agat Speedo – dimensions 2500 mmx12000 mm,
  • Blasting chamber SciTeeX BLASTLUX Series – dimensions 17000 mmx5000 mm,
  • semi-automatic welding machines LINCOLN Speedtec 400S.
