Dekpol Deweloper starts selling Trimare apartments

The latest Dekpol Deweloper investment is located in Sztutowo, one of the most beautiful towns on the Vistula Spit. In the first stage, the investor will build a total of 189 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 49 sq m. The seaside climate and direct contact with nature will provide residents with relaxation and a good rest all year round. The commissioning of ready-made units is planned for 2023.

“Our new investment is located in a typical holiday spot, very popular among tourists. Modern apartments located directly by the Polish sea with access to wide and sandy beaches, will allow to relax all year round. The premises introduced to the offer can be purchased both for personal use and treated as the so-called second home as well as an ideal investment product. Investing savings in real estate in attractive tourist destinations is now an increasingly popular form of investment and protection of the capital held “- said Sebastian Barandziak, President of Dekpol Deweloper.

In its first stage, the Trimare estate will consist of nine low, 3-story buildings. There will be 21 apartments in each of them. The investment will cover a total of 189 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 49 sq m and at a price from PLN 375 thousand gross. In addition, the available space will be enlarged by sunny balconies. Above-ground parking spaces will also be prepared for the use of residents.

The great advantage of the investment is the proximity of wide sandy beaches and beautiful pine forests. There are also many seaside attractions nearby and an extensive infrastructure that allows to spend time actively. The coastal EuroVelo bicycle route R10 runs just a few hundred meters away. In turn, the narrow-gauge railway stop is only 1 km away. It is not much further to the Gdańsk Bay and the Vistula Lagoon, as well as the Cormorant and Gray Heron Reserve. Quick access to Sztutowo is provided by the S7 express route.

Dekpol Budownictwo is the general contractor of the investment.
